The dollar amount you want to load on a Meal Plan Card is determined by the quantity you add to your cart.

We will send you only one meal plan card regardless of the quantity you order.
The quantity you order simply determines what dollar amount we load on that one card.

Your Meal Plan Card is sent to you unloaded.

To Load a Meal Plan Card if Paying with Financial Aid:
• Email [email protected] using your @mymail.trcc.edu
• Provide us your 17-digit Meal Plan Card number.
• Provide us your name and ID number.
• Provide us the amount you want to load $300 minimum to $700 maximum.
• We will email you as soon as we load your card.

To Load a Meal Plan Card if Paying with a Credit Card:
• Email [email protected] from your TRC, personal, or business email address.
• Provide us your 17-digit Meal Plan Card number.
• Provide us your name, and if a student provide the ID number.
• Provide us the amount you paid with your credit card online.
• Provide us your order number from your order.
• We will verify your credit card amount paid
• We will email you as soon as we load your card.
• If you want a student to pick up the card, or want us to send a student a card, provide us a shipping address and the name of the student when you order.
